To start your journey of yoga Le Male Yoga's 101 beginner workshop or 3-week beginner series is just what you are looking for. In our yoga 101 beginner workshop or 3-week beginner series you begin to build the foundation for your yoga practice in a small group with individualized attention.
You will explore various yoga postures and we guide you step-by-step. the focus of our 101 beginner workshop or 3-week beginner series is on the natural alignment, the transition between poses and the breathing within the flow. The gentle, interactive experience is designed to instill you with the comfort, strength and knowledge needed to explore and enjoy your workout.

Many people new to yoga prefer to take a few private sessions to get comfortable with the foundation and routine of a yoga class and to learn some of the poses before attending a general session. While general yoga classes have enormous benefits, private sessions, allow you to develop a personal practice taking into consideration your level of flexibility, fitness, strength, injuries and ailments as well as level of experience.

Tips for your first time:
Arrive 10 minutes before class to register (Picture ID required).
Latecomers are not permitted to class, sorry!
Wear something comfortable to move and sweat in.
Bring a mat and towel (also available to rent).
Arrive hydrated and avoid coming to class on a full stomach.
Please remove your shoes upon arrival.
Sign in at the front desk.
Please turn your cell phones off.
No bags or other personal belongings are allowed in the practice room.
